Here’s who you’ll be working with... ### **Lisa Collins** ### Founder & Managing Director Lisa founded Dovetail Creative after more than 25 years working across membership, marketing and events. She is the strategic force behind everything Dovetail does – and a recognised voice in the membership sector as a speaker, moderator and co-founder of Membership AI. ### **Daisy Smith** ### Senior Marketing & Client Strategy Manager Daisy brings energy, strategic thinking, and a passion for client success to the Dovetail team. As Senior Marketing & Client Strategy Manager, she leads day-to-day client relationships, drives marketing campaign delivery, and supports the development of integrated strategies across our membership, events, and content programmes. Daisy is the connective thread between creative thinking and commercial results — ensuring every client we work with feels supported, understood, and ahead of the curve. ### **Lorenzo Zanni** ### Lead Analyst Lorenzo is Dovetail’s analytical brain — bringing rigour, curiosity and a talent for turning complex data into clear, actionable insight. He leads on research, analysis and thought leadership, helping clients make smarter, evidence-based decisions. ### **Felicity Brooks** ### Executive Assistant & Business Support Manager Felicity keeps Dovetail running smoothly behind the scenes. Detail-oriented, proactive and endlessly organised, she ensures clients and the team always have what they need, when they need it. ### **Roy Nielsen** ### Design & Brand Specialist Roy brings ideas to life visually.
