Capability & Training 

Demonstrated expertise and structured handover for client independence.

Governance & Accountability

Clear contracts, KPIs, escalation processes, and continuous improvement.

Innovation & Impact

Evidence of measurable results and evolving with the industry.

Each pillar is scored through self-assessment and evidence submission, reviewed by Dovetail’s panel or steering group.
